The hotel restaurant Genzianella is located in a pristine environment on the northeastern border of the Dolomites in the Comèlico less than 40 meters. from where the river Piave flows, and it is the ideal place for those who want to escape from the stress of the city.

The hotel is within walking distance of many paths marked by the C.A.I. that will take you easily to the rediscovery of striking landscapes of high mountains where it will also be possible to meet some of its "inhabitants": roe deer, marmots, deer, and even the golden eagle.

San Pietro di Cadore is an excellent starting point, both in summer and in winter, to make suggestive excursions immersed in beautiful forests, visit the many lakes, or juggle in the numerous winter sports.

There are numerous activities that can be done in any season including:

- winter hiking on horseback in the Val Comelico Dolomites
